THIS IS IT

I sorta understand why baseball teams pop the champagne and drink up and party when they make the playoffs… But.. Why do they do it even when they only win a 5 game series in the first round, of a three round playoff system?

could be related to just the fact that winning a baseball game alone is just a magical thing that can really go either way down to the finest of details, the smallest fraction of time, the most seemingly insignificant play. any team can win any baseball game on any given day, irregardless of the time of day, amount of clouds, nor amount of crowds. anything can happen at any time and thats why winning any round in the postseason is worth celebrating.
ps. there would be no question as to celebrate if it were my team. and yes, I am bitter about that.
