John Maine is an all star pitcher this year.
Clearly there is no choice but to cut my loses now and ride the Mets wagon of joy forever and ever from here on out until we (the mets) win multiple world series championships and I can die in peace.
I’m sad this is the last year of Shea Stadium.
I’m quitting my job and buying season tickets ASAP.. I’m moving to Queens even. I’ll live on a bench outside the stadium and sell hot dogs during the day to make money.
It’s the only choice I have.
