Stupid Battery
This was referred to as "Express" installation. Took the guy a half hour to do everything.
Here's the backstory:
So.... kids.... where's the worst spot your car ever decided to stall out and not turn back on?
so i go out to start my car this morning and nothing. i jump it with this portable jumping car starting thing.. and it works.. good.... i drive all the way into albany, get off the highway and right when two lanes becomes one by some lights.... it stalls out and does not click back on... awesome... Not.. so i jam on the hazards.. and oh yeah side note - ya know the part in your car that you pull to get your hood up, yeah, my little cousin snapped that off years ago.. so i gotta use plyers to open it up and get it up, okay so i finangle it up, and set the red on the red and the black on the metal... and im able to start it up... good... put it all away and get out of there.... i was able to do all this in probably less than a minute, and for all intensive purposes i got my ass out of there quick without too much of a hassle... what an annoyance.
guess i better go get a new battery today and stop ignoring that light flickering on and off for a while now.
OUCH!
I think I broke my back this morning trying to push Sara's car out from the spot it didn't want to move from.
I've never felt as old as I do now at this very moment. (which technically is also fact)

That's right folks.. Lock it in.. My 5 year loan for that thing is completely paid in full and now I own my car 100%.
If that's not a reason to celebrate, I don't know what is. Join me in spirit tonight and celebrate with me. It's a big day!

Paying bills…
Okay I was just semi productive. Payed my minimums on both my credit cards. Payed my car bill. And put some money into one of my student loans. All told, I dropped about 650 bucks which basically means I have no money in my account again. Gotta love it.
Cinco de Mayo headcheck
I really enjoy when it gets nice outside and I can ride my bike to work. My car hasn't moved since last week when we had to go grocery shopping. It's due for a 60,000+ checkup. I'll probably try to schedule that next week or so.
Not a whole lot is going on. It's funny. Actually a bunch is going on. But I don't feel like making it all public knowledge, u get? I'll just put on my happy face and give that to you.
Smarty Jones won the Derby. Okay. Lakers lost game 1 to the Spurs and face them tonight for game 2. They better even it up. The Braves won last night. That's good.
24 was good again last night. There's only 3 hours left. Things are really really heating up. I'll spare the details.

Sometimes some people really piss me off. I need new friends. Although, I did touch base this past weekend with some friends I hadn't talked to in a long long time. That was really good for me. I swear my one friend Lee gave me a bunk email address. I tried sending him a message and it got returned. Maybe I heard him wrong. I don't know. Are you someone I haven't talked to in a while?
