Happy New Year Town of Oneonta.Y2K Recap. Cheesecake. News. A Phishy Show.
First WRHO broadcast since the New Year and back from Big Cyrpess I come with the funk. Y2K came and left. Believe it or not, the radio station was Y2K compatible.

| Happy New Year Town of Oneonta. Glad to see everything still in tact after the Y2K big scare. I knew nothing was going to happen but I kept that to myself. But some things did happen on Y2K. Where I was, for example, people were stuck in traffic for 13 hours and moved 2 car lengths. That's not too good. From like 9 in the morning on the first to 9 or 10 or whatever. But that was the only Y2K thing that happened that I know of. Other than George Harrison being stabbed which I know nothing about anyway. Other than that nothing and the weather outside is cold in case you didn't know. 28 degrees, 70 degrees where I am sitting. And that was some 95 NYE concert and we got some more long drawn out songs on the way. I'm gonna be here this month from 9 to 12 every Wednesday. I think we just started today so that means I'm the first person to go on in the year 2000. Real exciting. Out of everything that could have gone wrong on Y2K and Y2K compatible, I would have figured that the station, right here, wouldn't have been Y2K compatible but I guess it is. That's a good thing to know. On that note, I am going to be quiet and play another song. I'll see you in a while or so. | |||

In technology news, telescope launched. Ah yeah, Minivan the universe unit, measurement. In Sports, Faulk gets offensive player of the year award.
